Our checkout is encrypted and shows the full amount before you pay. A MODAVES Club subscription is never added to a product order automatically.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are available when your device and checkout show them. The methods shown at checkout are the ones available for your order.
Card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider and acquiring bank. SO CREPES (trading as MODAVES) is the merchant for every transaction. Card details are entered in our payment provider's secure, PCI DSS-compliant environment; MODAVES never sees or stores your full card number or security code.
Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment with 3-D Secure (for example, in your banking app or with a one-time code). We also run fraud checks on every order and may contact you to verify an order before shipping it. We only receive limited payment details, such as card brand, last four digits and payment status, to process orders, refunds and support requests.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard UK delivery is free. The checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
Product orders are paid once at checkout. Buying a product never creates a subscription or recurring charge. Your order confirmation shows the items, prices and total paid.

All prices include free tracked UK delivery.
Each payment is for that month's box, dispatched within [CLUB DISPATCH DAYS] working days of the payment. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, at the full price.
You subscribe only by choosing Club and ticking a separate box to agree to monthly billing. The signup page shows the price, what you receive, the billing date, renewal terms and how to cancel before you pay. We email you 7 days and 2 days before every monthly payment. You can skip any month or cancel any time in your account, free. See the MODAVES Club Regulations.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or try another card. We can't see or change your bank's decision.
Email support@modaves.com with the date and amount. We will identify the charge and refund it if it shouldn't have been made. We will never ask for your card number or security code by email or phone.
