Our response

We acknowledge security reports within two working days and send an initial assessment within five working days.

Guidelines for researchers

Test only with your own accounts, and stop if you access anyone else's data. Do not copy or publish other people's data, disrupt the service, run denial-of-service attacks, use phishing or social engineering, or test third-party services without their permission. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before publishing details. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty.

Fraud and phishing

MODAVES will never ask for your full card number, security code, password or one-time codes by email, phone or message. If you see a charge you don't recognise, contact us and your bank. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password on modaves.com and tell us.
