These Terms apply to your use of MODAVES.com and to orders you place with us. Please read them with our Shipping, Returns, Privacy and MODAVES Club policies. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and give accurate order and contact details. You must be at least 18 to subscribe to MODAVES Club. Keep your account login secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
All products are from our own collection. Product pages show sizes, colours, materials and care instructions. Colours may look slightly different on screen. If we find an error in a product description or price that affects your order, we contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue or cancel with a full refund.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include free standard UK delivery. Promotions run for the dates and products stated. Any "was" or reference price is a price at which the product was genuinely offered.
When you pay, you make an offer to buy. Our contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a payment or stock issue), we tell you promptly and refund any amount charged in full.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider, with SO CREPES (trading as MODAVES) as the merchant. By paying for a product order, you authorise a one-time charge for the amount shown. Buying a product never subscribes you to MODAVES Club.
We deliver to UK addresses only, free of charge on our standard service. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Underwear bottoms in sealed hygiene bags can be returned for change of mind only if the seal is unbroken. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
MODAVES Club is an optional subscription for UK addresses, billed monthly at the price of the plan you choose (£29.99, £39.99, £49.99 or £59.99, as described in the Club Regulations) for one box per month with free delivery, and renews automatically until you cancel. There is no free trial, no discounted first month, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can skip any month. The MODAVES Club Regulations apply to subscribers in addition to these Terms.
Claims about faulty, unsafe or wrong goods are handled under our Warranty & Replacement Policy. Please follow the care instructions and tell us promptly about any safety concern.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware, disruptive automated scraping or harassment. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
The MODAVES name, logo, product designs, photography and website content belong to SO CREPES (trading as MODAVES). You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
We use trusted providers for our e-commerce platform, payments, delivery, analytics and customer support. We remain responsible to you as the seller.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. This does not affect orders you have already placed.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We do not exclude any of your statutory rights.
These Terms are governed by French law. If you live in the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the UK and can bring claims in the courts where you live. Please contact us first at support@modaves.com so we can try to resolve any issue.
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Club subscribers receive notice of material changes as described in the Club Regulations.
